Melanie Clout - Your Travel Partner
I have been in the travel industry for over 18 years and it has been quite a ride. I have had the pleasure to create some magical moments not only for myself and my family but also my wonderful clients.
What I like about travel is that there is always someone, somewhere who is interested in similar things to you and just like that you can have something in common with a stranger – a passion for travelling. I met my now-husband in New Zealand and will always have a soft spot for Queenstown where he proposed to me. I now have two young children and one of the greatest joy’s I have is coordinating family holidays. I have learned from experience how to travel well with young ones. Being able to help others do the same and introduce them to some interesting, different places is really special.
I love that in my role as a Travel Partner I get to share my special tips like this – I also get many of my great recommendations from speaking to local’s in the destination. I love finding out where they eat, or where they shop and going and checking this out. Surprisingly it is often somewhere you would least expect.
From witnessing the changing of the guard in London, to sipping champagne in the middle of the Serengeti I truly have a wealth of incredible travel experiences to share and can’t wait to create some more similar magical moments for my clients.
